The Vitality Brunch

An intimate space for smart women to have better conversations about their health.

An intimate brunch for women who want to better understand their hormones, metabolism, and long-term health without making wellness another full-time job.

Come spend the morning enjoying beautiful food, meaningful connection, and an honest, physician-led conversation about taking care of the body you’re living in now and the one you want carrying you through the decades ahead.

September 26th | Fredericksburg, VA |11am-1pm | 📍Cove City Studios

No PowerPoint slides or no generic advice just deep insights from a professional and real talk.

You won’t be sitting in rows while someone tells you everything you're doing wrong nor will there be fear-based conversations about your hormones and health. I promise not to give you a list of 27 supplements you suddenly need to buy from my website. And it will be approached from the perspective that you already have a very full plate.

The Vitality Brunch was created to bring women together around a table to have the kinds of conversations about our health that we don't get nearly enough space to have.

Over brunch, we'll talk about what is actually happening in our bodies as we move through our 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond and what deserves our attention if we want to feel good now while protecting our health for the future.

Just evidence-based information and someone with experience with real-life application. And of course plenty of room for questions, conversation, and connection.

We'll explore some of the biggest questions women have about their health in midlife, including:

Hormones + Perimenopause
What's actually changing, what symptoms can look like, and how to separate useful information from the enormous amount of noise surrounding women's hormones right now.

Metabolism + Metabolic Health
How metabolism changes over time and why blood sugar regulation, body composition, nutrition, movement, sleep, and other everyday habits matter far beyond the number on the scale.

Muscle, Strength + Your Future Self
Why maintaining muscle and strength becomes increasingly important for metabolic health, independence, and healthy aging and what that can look like in real life.

Energy + Feeling Good in Your Body
Because living a long time isn't particularly exciting if you don't have the energy and capacity to enjoy the life you're building.

What Actually Matters for Long-Term Health
We'll zoom out from wellness trends and talk about the habits, health markers, and decisions that deserve your attention over the next 10, 20, and 30 years.

And most importantly:

Your questions.

This isn't meant to be a one-way lecture. Bring the questions you've been Googling, wondering about, or wishing you had more time to ask.

What We're Talking About

Who Is This For?

The Vitality Brunch is for the woman who cares about her health but doesn't want her entire life to revolve around improving it.

  • Maybe you've started noticing that your body doesn't respond exactly the way it did ten years ago.

  • Maybe you're hearing a LOT about perimenopause and wondering what actually applies to you.

  • Maybe you're thinking more seriously about strength, metabolic health, cardiovascular health, brain health, and longevity.

  • Or maybe you're already doing many of the “right” things and your body isn’t responding the way you hoped.

You don't need to be struggling or on a weight-loss journey. And you definitely don't need to arrive with something that needs to be “fixed.” You just need to be interested in understanding your body and taking good care of your future self.

Come for the conversation and stay for the community.

There's another reason I created this brunch: Women need spaces to meet other women.

Not another networking where we're exchanging business cards and hoping to meet our next client. Not another obligation. Just an opportunity to take time for yourself for a change, sit around a table, eat something delicious, have an interesting conversation, laugh, ask questions, and meet people you might genuinely want to know.

So yes, please bring a friend if you'd like. But please don't hesitate to come alone. In fact, I hope some of you do. Part of the magic of this morning will be meeting the women sitting right beside you.

I'm a physician and hormone and metabolism health expert, and much of my work centers around helping busy women understand what's happening inside their bodies so they can make informed health decisions that actually fit their lives.

I believe deeply in evidence-based medicine. I also believe healthcare needs more conversation, more context, and more room to talk about what it actually means to take care of yourself while living a full life.

The Vitality Brunch brings those things together.

And I cannot wait to sit around the table with you.
